2. Check to confirm safety before operation.
(1) When the mixing mechanism operates normally, the transmission mechanism should act accurately;
(2) The cracks, damage, deformation, and wear of the conveying pipe should be within the specified range;
(3) The pipeline connection should be well sealed;
(4) The funnel screen is in good condition;
(5) The hydraulic system should work normally;
(6) The instruments and signal indicators are intact, and various dynamic valves are flexible and reliable.
3. During operation, it is strictly prohibited to connect long conveying pipes and hoses. Hoses must not be dragged on the ground.
4. During operation, the boom should be extended strictly in order. Operation is strictly prohibited when the wind speed exceeds level 6 (inclusive).
5. It is strictly prohibited to use the boom as a lifting tool.
During the pumping operation, the operator should pay attention to observing the construction work area and the working status of the equipment. No one is allowed to stay within the working range of the boom.
7. During operation, it is strictly prohibited to operate the hydraulic leg control valve. If the vehicle body is found to be tilted or any other abnormalities are observed, the operation should be stopped immediately, the boom should be retracted for inspection, and the operation can only resume after the fault is eliminated.
8. During the pumping operation, it is strictly prohibited to step over the mixing hopper.
9. When clearing pipeline blockages, evacuate the surrounding personnel. Before dismantling management and cleaning, use the back-pump method to eliminate the pressure inside the conveying pipeline. It is strictly prohibited to face people during dismantling.
10. During operation, do not disassemble the funnel grille or other installed devices. Do not climb or ride on the conveying pipeline, nor should you insert your hand into the valve body. It is strictly prohibited to disassemble the pipeline while it is in use.
When cleaning the pipeline, operators should keep away from the pipeline outlet and elbows. If compressed air is used to clean the pipeline, no personnel or equipment should be within 10 meters of the pipeline outlet.
