The 70M concrete pump truck is designed for the Chinese market, primarily using chassis from Shaanxi Automobile and China National Heavy Duty Truck Group. Its powerful engine, combined with European industrial design, offers superior configuration and cost-effectiveness, along with high reliability and fuel efficiency.
The pump truck's structural components undergo fatigue optimization design. Laboratory testing shows a structural lifespan of 400,000 cubic meters without cracking, essentially reaching the advanced level of European counterparts. From material selection to cutting, rough machining, welding, processing, and assembly, every stage is meticulously controlled, utilizing laser precision cutting, a 20-meter custom beveling machine, a custom turntable support boom welding positioner, and high-speed boom and connecting rod boring machines imported from Europe.
The hydraulic system uses a high-flow electro-hydraulic valve group, with both theoretical design and flow pressure testing validated by professional institutions. The main pump uses internationally renowned brands such as Germany's Rexroth, ensuring superior quality, safety, and reliability. The transfer case uses brands like SpA, offering excellent performance, significantly improved work efficiency, and high durability. The boom multi-way valve uses infinitely variable electric proportional control, with Hawe multi-way valves offering both electric and manual control for flexible operation. The wireless remote control uses the renowned German brand HBC, enabling stepless speed adjustment of the boom for smoother operation, reducing end-point material fluctuation, and ensuring accurate material placement.
