The 52M concrete pump truck is designed for the Chinese market, primarily using chassis from Sinotruk and FAW. It boasts powerful engine power, higher configurations, and better value; while also possessing high reliability and fuel efficiency.
The pump truck's structural components and fatigue optimization design result in a laboratory lifespan of 400,000 cubic meters without cracking, essentially reaching the same advanced level as European counterparts. From material selection to cutting, rough machining, welding, processing, and assembly, every stage of structural component production is effectively controlled, utilizing laser precision cutting, a 20-meter long custom beveling machine, a custom turntable support boom welding positioner, and European imported high-speed boom and connecting rod dedicated boring machines.
The hydraulic system uses a high-flow electro-hydraulic valve group, with both theoretical design and flow pressure testing receiving professional agency certification and approval. The main pump uses internationally renowned brands such as German Rexroth, ensuring superior quality, safety, and reliability. The transfer case uses brands such as Spurg, offering excellent performance, significantly improving work efficiency, and high durability. The boom multi-way valve uses infinitely variable electric proportional control, with a Hawe multi-way valve, offering both electric and manual control for flexible operation. The wireless remote control uses the renowned German brand HBC, enabling stepless speed adjustment of the boom, ensuring smoother operation, reducing end-point material shaking, and guaranteeing accurate material placement.
