  In the process of mechanization replacing manual labor,the application of concrete pump trucks in concrete construction has become widespread.Due to its convenient operation,superior pumping performance,and the elimination of cumbersome pipeline laying steps,it has been favored by many construction companies.

 However,during use,a customer's pump truck experienced the following malfunction:the boom operation failed when the pump truck was remotely controlled.So,what exactly caused this malfunction?Let's follow the technical personnel responsible for on-site fault handling to find out.

 Fault phenomenon:

 In a pump truck,using the HBC remote control,the near and far control functions were normal during the first pumping operation.After switching to the driving state,the near control function was normal during the second pumping operation.In the remote control state,the forward and reverse pumping and mixing functions worked,but the boom operation failed.

 Fault analysis:

 1.The remote control lever is damaged and does not move,but the pumping is normal,so it is ruled out;

 2.The remote control signal is poor or there is co-channel interference,but the front and rear pumps and the agitator can still be reversed under remote control,so this is ruled out;

 3.The front and rear pumps and the mixing reversals are controlled by on-off signals,without primary protection.The movements of each arm,the speed of arm movements,and the pumping displacement are controlled proportionally,without secondary protection.Proportional control should return to zero in its natural state;otherwise,the protection will self-lock,and all proportional controls will fail;

 Troubleshooting process:

 After ruling out the first two possibilities,open the cover of the remote control box.On the side of the fan gear,there are two metal wires that mesh with the gear corresponding to the remote control lever(the position where the metal wires align is the zero position mark).Use a 1.5mm hexagonal wrench to loosen the fixing screw,pull the joystick to adjust it,so that the two metal wires of the remote control lever align naturally(adjusted to the normal zero position),tighten the screw,and the fault is resolved.

 To safeguard the life safety of operators,Sanmin will incorporate common safety controls during the early stages of product design.Therefore,when the equipment operates for an extended period in an abnormal state,it will automatically activate the protective self-locking function.
